The Fish and Chips Co Umtata Ngebs Malls

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at The Fish and Chips Co in Ngebs Mall Umtata. From the start, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and were not helpful or friendly at all, making us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Unfortunately, things only got worse. When our food finally arrived, the fish was clearly not fresh. It had a strange smell and taste that we noticed immediately, but we decided to give it a chance. This was a big mistake. After eating, both my partner and I ended up with severe stomach issues, which made us realize that the fish must have been spoiled. This experience was truly unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy fish here. The quality of the food was poor, and the lack of proper customer service made it even worse. Definitely not worth the risk or the money. Avoid this place if you can!
