Terrible terrible terrible

Food ordered a little bit after 6, waited 45 min when arriving HALF THE ORDER was missing, phoning Mr D they phone them and we end up waiting an extra 20min, I then phone them directly after being told they'd contact us, got told the driver is on the way, 19min later the driver still hasn't pitched and they giving excuses.

It's disgusting customer service, it's horrible to wait for food that was paid.
