Terrible Terrible Fish and Chips Co.

Today I went to the east rand mall for the 1st ever, so while i am there i decided to buy food for the house for the evening. I went to Fish and Chips Co. people the service there is ABOSULETY TERRIBLE . I bought the value share meal to the value of R199.90, It was suppose to be 4hake and 4 russians with large chips. So I went there to get the food, the ladies there does not greet or have any customer service bone, they are chit chatting the one lady brings me a flat box with me going there the 1st time im thinking ohk cool nice packaging done have to carry to many things, to my own stupidity i did not open the box, i took the box had to pay R1.50 3o minutes after the sale was closed for a packet and guess what i had to somehow put that box in the palstic myself with no help from the staff. My complaint is simple not about the money but due to the fact that the order was not confirmed the services was absolutely poor poor terrible really this is the worst service i have seen ever.
