Staff swearing at customers at The Fish & Chip Co

I was called a ***** at Evaton Plaza branch because your cashier could not explain the menu so she decided to be rude and start swearing even her friend and colleague were telling her that she can't treat a customer like that she still went. I left the shop but she still went on swearing. He words were I can report her even to the head office no one is going to do anything about my complain.

There are alot of people who are in need of a job but yet such people who don't appreciate their salaries are being hired. Can something please be done about such behaviour. Such people will only bring down the company. No one will tolerate such customer service.
