Shocking service

Shocking service with no idea of customer service. The staff were laughing, talking and shouting. I was the only customer at the time, and they were so bust messing around, it took over half an hour to get my fish and chips. The lady making the food was not concentrating at all, she put vinegar on my chips, which I had specially not requested, so then I had to wait while she made more chips. With their attitude and the service I will never get food there again.
