Service & Portioning Disappointment

Dear Fish and Chips Bonaero Park Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the portion of chips I received with my order today. As a regular customer, I consistently order the same box of chips from your store and have always been satisfied with both the quantity and quality of the food.

However, during today’s visit, I was surprised and quite disappointed to find that I had received chips in my box. When I queried this, I was informed that it was a "mini portion." This explanation was quite confusing, as I always order the same item and have never previously received such a small quantity.

This experience does not reflect the standard I have come to expect from your establishment, and it was honestly very disappointing. I value consistency and good service, especially from businesses I support regularly.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide some clarity as to why this portion was significantly smaller than usual.
