Rude employee

The service at the APEL Gankwana franchise, employees don't treat customers with respect they are rude I wanted to buy a ice cream the employee said I should move out of the way since I'm not serious, she eventually sold me ice cream but didn't service it with respect she simply put the ice cream on top of the ice cream mechine rudly telling me to take it, when I try to talk with another staff member to explain they call security to throw me out of the shop, the embarrassment
