Rude and abnoxious manager

I was going to buy breakfast from The Fish and Chips co when I was approached by a rude manager.

I was buying when a russian and chips when the lady insisted I am wrong they don't sell russians only cheese grillers. I then asked for the manager she said the manager is not around. Later that day I went back and asked for the manager the other employees described that lady as their manager. I decided buy chips there again when I asked for the manager that lady refused to call the manager and then said that the manager is not there anymore

I was insulted in front of other customers by Joyce saying how stupid am I not to see that those are not offices
