Rotten fish at Mooikloof PTA East

The place had rotten fish - I ordered 4 medium hake fish. When I returned the fish the manager could not be reached and refuses to be called on her cellphone. I am a regular customer at this place for the past year, I’ve complained a few times but this is the last straw!!
