R140 for small hake and chips!

I purchased 2 small hakes and small chips. The lady at the counter chose the credit option on my card after I had specifically told her to choose cheque. Now I have to pay R140.90 for something that costs R48. 90. I think she put in the figure of R140.90 on purpose. I'm never going back to that store!
