Poor Service and Unprofessional

We were at the establishment with my colleagues and ordered from the menu only to realise after the order that we actually needed something else when we tried to top up we were told the store does not void if you made a mistake by ordering it’s your fault , the manager was called by the name of Grace she was useless as well the assistant manager was nowhere near the store….why have a roll if you can fix errors on it never again will I be seen at this establishment
