POOR SERVICE

I was devasted by the poor service i got last thursdsy. i was there 15 minutes before closing time and i was told the shop is closed, this after i was asked if i'm collecting. The guy paused and told me that they are closed and i never argued and i left. i will never buy from any of the franchisee anymore and will make sure my close people don't as well.
