Poor customer service

My name is Lillian skhosana so I was I went to fish and chips in siyabuswa for a gold drink and I had a trolley full of grousaries so the lady told me to leave trolley out site and when I told her that who is going to check it she started to in salt and called me stupid in front of other customers
