Pathetic service and lame excuses

Shoddy service. Went in ordered 3 meals, was advised it will take about 15 mins. After 35mins was told order still being made, problem is all customers after me had left with their meals, inquired with staff, showed my order no, was then advised, that my order was given to somebody else, bear in mind the lady just told me it is still be prepped, another staff member then says there were to same order numbers🙄🙄, called for manager, now he wants to know what time I came in( can't he see till slip?), told him I an not waiting any longer and want a refund. He still trys to assure me that I can wait for my order, wait.. NOW IS THIS SERVICE, STAFF ACTUALLY INSULT YOUR INTELLIGENCE... BUNCH OF LAIRS AND TIME WASTERS. I am human too and accept mistakes happen, however admit it, not make excuses and insult paying customers. Won't return.
