Lost my money&still got no chips and no atchaar

Got at your attlyn mall store and bought my chips&atchaar ********** 19:00 was still waiting for the chips.i could see the chips where i was standing but the staff at the back was busy chatting and not paaying any attention to the customers.decided to just ask for my money back as i was tired coming from work and couldnt stand anymore.cashier told me she cant give me my money.asked for the manager&was told that s/he stepped out.asked for him to be called&was told that no 1 has his number.i left without the chips,atchaar and without my money.am so dissapointend &i lost almost r50 today &still my kids disnt eat the chips they wanted&love
