Incorrect order, missing items and burnt food

I just ordered 2x small chips and Hake, atchaar and coke now via Mr D... I received 1 small chips and 3 burnt Hake and coke no atchaar... Can sum1care to explain wat must I do cos I need my kids to eat its late hence I ordered tried to call no answer this is disgrace
