Horrible service with horrible food to go with it!

This company has been around for a while and one would think that the service and quality of food would be excellent by now - unfortunately it's the total opposite. I have gone to numerous branches around Pretoria to compare how I'm served and what I'm served, and I can safely say that it looks like this whole bad service issue with horrible food is a universal thing - they all just can't seem to get it right.

I love my fries and it's sad to know that the one place that is actually supposed to be great at making them is actually failing dismally! I bought a combo that comes with large chips and 4 small hake pieces....I had to throw most of the fries away because it looked and tasted horrible. R109.00 gone down the drain....NEVER AGAIN.
