Horrible service and incorrect order

I have never been so angry just because of food. Worst part is the attitude of the staff. I went to The Fish & Chip co at Westgate Mall Roodepoort around 18:28. Order number 257. I ordered 2 x chip and Russian roll, Fish and chips + Portuguese roll. Instead I got 2 x chip and Russian. Instead of a Portuguese roll I got a sasko bun. Unless of course I do not know how a Portuguese roll looks like. I told this lady who served us with food that the order is incorrect instead she gave me an attitude as if I am losing my mind. She told me about the size of chips for the chip roll and was not even apologetic about the wrong order. For the roll she ignored me literally. I gave her back one of the orders and asked her to give me what I had ordered. She took out chips and left those that I can count them, if they were 10 they were to many and put a roll on top. It's like I ****ed her off by asking her to give me the correct order. I took a picture and I need you to tell me if this is a chip roll. Also tell me if what you see really worth R26. I am so disappointed infact disgruntled. The chips aren't even cooked/fried through. I'm absolutely disgusted.
