Horrible advertising not living up to specials and shocking service

I wish one could give a minus 300 stars… I used to enjoy the ringa #1 special! Imagine wanting to place your order and you get to the till and oh sorry we advertise it but u can’t have it as we don’t have it on the system!!!! I then try phone the owner … no answer … then try phone HEAD OFFICE in Edenvale… no answer … so I must pay 20 more for the same thing? Coz of incompetence and lack of willingness to help????
