Food a disappointment

Yesterday (2019/07/31) I went to the Fish and Chips at Carnival Mall and ordered Large chips, Fish which was soaking in oil, and 2 foot long Russians. The order came back, and without checking , left the store to head home. Upon arriving at home, I opened the packaging which contained the 2 foot long russians, and wow did I find a surprise!! The russians were burnt beyond recognition. They had withered and were definitely not appetizing.

How could the staff given the customers such bad and burnt food? If the people at the kitchen were having such a bad day to have served that to paying customers, then I don't know. My family and I didn't even eat those burnt russians. I am so disappointed, because I have never experienced such bad food from The Fish and Chips Co.
