Fish and chip Co Quagga Centre Pretoria West (Bad service and misleading customers)

On Tuesday 13th September I ordered a R189 Meal, after calling out my order I was told to pay extra for sauces. Then I ask how much ;R10 they said. I wanted to return the meal but had friends waiting for their meal. They were shocked to hear that we must pay extra ( some stores are not doing this why only in Quagga? ) - Rolls were not the same rolls advertised (not fresh) - Sauces that drives customers to go and buy at Fish and chip Co Are charged extra ( this means a Meal automatically changes prices) if it's 2 x sauces then it's additional R20. - There is no sign or notice board to alert customers of such changes ( Its should be written on their menu ) - Is this allowed by a Franchise board or Fish and Chip co head office?
