Extremely disgusting service.

I have always been a customer at Fish & chips Mall@Reds in Rooihuiskraal centurion, I have always received excellent customer service and orders done well. However today, I experienced the worst customer service from a guy who refused to give me his name after he disrespected me in front of other customers.

Here's what escalated I got in there as usual on my lunch break, paid for my Small chips an it proceeded to be prepared, I asked the guy preparing my order to not box order no.49 as I don't like chips In a box, i asked for a paper like I always do. He rep****, " next time tell the cashier so he can put it in writing or I'll put it in a box " Well, fair enough I agreed.

He called my order and I fetched, while I was outing on spices I realised he only put one layer of paper instead of two and he didn't give me a paper bag. I went back and asked for a second paper so I can roll up my chips and I asked for a paper bag, I called him more than three times without attending to me. When he finally attended to me, he told me he is busy with other orders. I asked him what about my order, all I need is a paper and a paper bag so I can go you are wasting my time. He them rep****, " go take your chips and brin them here I'll sort them when I'm done "

I told him to give me whay I want I can do it myself, he said maintained what he said and looked away. I finally went and took my chips brought them back to him, he still continued with what he is doing until I lost my mind and that's when he eventually sorted me.

I don't know his name, first time seeing him there. I asked the other stuff for his name, they called him to give me his name he refused, I took photos of him and left.

I am so disgusted I threw those chips away when I got to work, I was so annoyed and ****ed off.
