Client must bring own change

I walked in with R100 to buy chips and Ntombisa said she had no change. I asked who's responsibility it is to get change and she said not hers. The shop is empty and all three employees are just sitting doing nothing and yet they can't even think to go get change. I then informed her in terms of customer service it is disrespectful to ask client to get change. The store will remain unproductive for as long as such people are there.
