Bad service at Quagga Fish and chips

I just came from Fish and Chips Quagga to buy my daughter chips since their chips is always soft. Today a lady gave me crisp chips and I explained that it’s for my 1 year daughter, they need to be soft. She said they’ll be soft when I get home. A customer next to me was given soft chips and I told her that these are better and she just looked at me. Fast forward my daughter couldn’t eat those chips.
