Bad service

I got to The fish and chips co @Grey owl village in Centurion and i had one of the previous R200 notes and i was told that it does not work whereas i collected it at the bank. I then requested for the Manager at hand politely and the Manager refused to attend to me. I am not happy with the service as the lady who was assisting me was rude towards me. I was assisted by Melissa and the Manager on duty at the time is Phumza. I would like to be called back and explained to as to when the okder notes were not recognised anymore
