Bad service!!!!!!!!

I am a loyal customer to fish and chips mall@carnival and i was busy putting my tomato sauce and the lid came of Because it wasn't put on proper and the lady at the till refused to fix it and said its my fault.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm a customer and the customer service was horrible.

Never in my life will i recommend people support the fish and chips co mall@carnival!
