Bad service

On the 28 October 2022 was at fishandchipsco at Norkem Mall and it was my first time buying there . I received a very bad service it was around to 8pm and the lady who was working at the front I asked her nicely does the fish come out like this with only oil and she went yes , she then called her colleague take the two fish back in a frying pan and try to drain the oil, and I then asked again I am not happy with the fish the response was it come out like that I then took the fish and left , when I get home it was only oil I then went to roadhouse to buy food again for my kids cause we could not eat the fish I am very disappointed with the service. Inside it was only oil and the chips there were not clean as I saw others
