Bad customer service, unprofessionalism ,bad food

I am not happy with the fish &chips jean crossing centurion, rabbie and jean Avenue, the customer service is bad and they cook us rotten potatoes 🥔 ,I am sick and tired of them they never change even when we tell them, I so with hello Peter can close that shop ,no manager ,no team leader ,they just cook old potatoes and give to us,I don't believe they will ever change
