Bad customer service from the manager

got a bad service from the manager at Diepsloot chuma mall. The manager has an attitude towards customers, the is always new staff and the one thing that annoyed me is that she shouts at her staff in front of customers , calling them names such as useless and slow. Im never going back to that place .
