Bad customer service

I really love ur food , the portions are good & food always fresh but honestly ur service sucks always have to wait for an hour or more for orders done via uber eats, don't know how many times we're my orders cancelled after waiting for over 2hrs, it's really upsetting, if u dnt work with uber eats then remove ur store from the app , mxm!😡As m typing this now I hv been waiting for over an hour for my order , worst part is that the number that's even on ur site isn't working, like how ****ed up is that ? I mean why do we order food ? Coz we hungry n wanna eat now . Ur staff is even *********** can't evn answer a simple question like for instance telling me if she called the driver to come collect my food or wht .Spoke to a lady by the name of Ndibo/Ndiwa something like that n she's busy telling me how their store is at the wrong location to wats on uber eats , a very confusing story, m ****en fuming now coz this ***** is telling me to cancel the order on my side how can I do that mxm
