Bad Customer service

Good day

I really got bad service from your company in park station. The guy was so rude. My mistake was ordering and not knowing how my food would be packaged he really became so rude and having an argument with me while people were passing and another customer standing there wanting to place his order.

I didn't get his name as it happened so fast that I was so shocked. Could you please assist me in sorting out this matter.
