Bad customer service

Like to buy the same size popcorn at the Middelburg branch except for this time we got almost half of what we always get. Unfortunately you first have to pay and if you are dissatisfied you don't get refunded. And when you speak with them about it they just glare at you as if you are speaking a foreign language.
