I bought Small hake and chips at Pomona fish and chips co, when I got to work their fish had scales, I took a picture and sent a coleugue that was going to buy at their shop she was told I must go back to them the next day of which I did..I get to the shop the manager tells me they don't clean their fish they get their fish in plastic, no ownership, no apology, no compensation no remorse...I paid money for something I didn't eat, I wasn't happy and they rejected me saying there's nothing they gonna do the fish is like that. She said for 12 years she's working at the fish shop they don't clean fish, how about customer service to show off for that 12 years or this is how they treat black people? Their service sucks including the guy on duty..I'm Soo disappointed.
