Centurion mall poor service

Today I bought from Centurion mall branch and I was not happy with the service received. The manager Takie and Priscilla were of no help, Something advertised I should get it as is. They now want to tell me it’s the head office fault their system is Not updated with the promos, how is that my problem that’s it’s not updated, the manner they addressed it is soo not ok and no customer service at all. Not happy at all.
