Bought scanners to the value of R220 000 from The First Rainbow Group located in Port Elizabeth for a government tender which was awarded to my company. It turned out to be ****... the lady from The First Rainbow Group goes by the name of Val Kilmer and is in kahootz with **** artists posing as tender procurement agents. The so-called procurement agent of the Dept of Health Free State province goes by the name of Jane Lekhala. Please be super careful.
