sloppy installation and bad after sale service.

The company changed a steel chimney to stainless steel. The new chimney seal is leaking heavily after the first winter. The company reasons that the seal only lasts 6 months and they will not replace the seal on warranty. This is clearly a sub-standard installation since the old seal never gave any problems for many years of operation. The installation itself was also not well executed. A very disappointing experience! I cannot recommend this company.
