Very bad restaurant experience

A party of us went to the Fig Tree restaurant on Christmas eve for a buffet dinner at the cost of R550 a head. The service was dreadful - inefficient untrained waiters. The food was cold as the candles under the bain maries weren't lit. The plates were cold as the plate heater wasn't switched on. There was no cranberry jelly or sauce. The meat was under cooked and very ******. They ran out of creme brulee as well. All in all it was an experience never to be repeated and I will tell everyone about it.
