Not happy

I visited the Federation on 5 Dec and was very very disappointed with my service received. The lady who washed my hair wet my tshirt and I was wet and uncomfortable the whole time, the hairdresser did see this. Then I discussed with the hairdresser to cut around 4 to 5 cm off my hair. She ended up cutting a whole chunk of hair which ended up in me getting a Bob...not happy. She could have at least asked me once before when cutting but I felt her touch my neck and then it was too late. Too much was cut. The hairdresser was busy talking to a co worker the whole time so maybe could have been distracted. I was unhappy with my look and paying 610 for it...
