She simply ignored them and advised them that if she doesn’t cut it short enough, the split ends will become worse .Even after my aupair told her it is to much , she still went ahead and hacked it off. We all know how sensitive girls are to cutting their hair when trying to be a Rapunzel . After many hours of tears I visited the store the next day to hear their side of the story. The bad attitude and defensiveness behaviour I got from Gill and being dishonest about the situation , telling me that before she cuts her clients hair, she measures the exact amount of hair she wants to cut and shows her clients is the reason for sharing this info. After I advised her that she is blatantly lying , she changed her story . The very polite receptionist offered me compensation which I declined , however Gillian very rudely told her not to interfere . This surprised me even more as I realised Gillian had no idea of customer service and certainly inspired me to never go back.
