Bad service

I have been trying to make a booking for the 25th of December for three days now!! Three days!!

Iv been communicating with the receptionist for three days now every time I ask a question it literally takes more then 6hours for a response I eventually called in and the phone cut as I was on the line with someone and Iv been trying to call back but all two numbers are unanswered This is really frustrating and very disappointing.
