Bad Management

This is so heart breaking, a poor waitress working at the Fat Olive restaurant whic is currently owned by Keith Bothongo one of the recognized Billionaire in South Africa.It was on a Sunday when a customer was making arrangements to pay her bill only to find out that the card machine was not working well, the customer then decided to leave a cash of R620 so that the waitress does not get into trouble, The following day it happened that the money had reported on the customers phone reflecting that a R620 was successfully deposited. The waitress was accused of being dishonest and fired from her job without requesting any explanation or following any Misconduct procedures. This shows the type of management this place operates with, is this how the famous Keith Bothongo takes care of his staff where is justice in that.
