Appalling Service, Disgraceful Owner

My family and I recently had breakfast at this establishment via word of mouth. The menu is okay, nothing special, the prices are ridiculous for the quality of food that is served. I don't mind paying for food if it is great, but when the food takes longer than normal to arrive and is as average as a big mac then I really don't care. Apart from exorbitant prices, the owner doesn't seem concerned if her customers decided to notify her or the manager that we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food, instead of coming over with a apology she came and asked us in a manner of arrogance what was the issue we had. I will not be returning or recommending this place in future.
