Not a legitimate company!

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT! IT'S A ****! *****! I bought sneakers online from TFP Mzansi on 26 October 2019. Everything seemed legit UNTILL I got my order. I received counterfeit goods, sent a message on their Facebook page, eventually got a reply. I explained my dissatisfaction and was told I won't get a refund. I then had to remind them of the consumer act and the law regarding counterfeit goods. I returned the merch to Postnet Quagga Centre Pretoria West and confirmed with Postnet that some person came to collect the parcel. I was promised that the refund would be processed on the 11th of November 2019.Since then I've been tirelessly querying my refund of R1000. All of a sudden their Facebook account was deleted and all communication stopped. From their website https://www.thefashionplugmzansi.com. I completed numerous "contact us" forms, emailed *** without success, phoned and sent Whatsapp's to their number : *** for weeks now and and it's a total dead end. I sent messages on their Instagram and Twitter accounts that are still active and are frequently advertising with no reply. The Twitter account is linked to : Yessir @ Lavish_ESC, this person is completely ignoring my messages. I think the only reason why they "agreed" to a return and refund is to get the counterfeit goods back.
