Goods not delivered

I bought a pair of sneakers online on the 22nd November 2019 and I paid R1000 + delivery charges of R100. A notification was send to me with an order number, and that their delivery takes 3-5 days but to date I have not yet received delivery. I send them email and watzup querying but they don't respond. I'm angry, frustrated as I needed those sneakers as a gift to my daughter for tommorow. I need help please. I need my refund, as I am forced to go buy a gift to my daughter now
