I am disgusting on the service this company gives. I have received my first box and i was happy with it and i told the consultant telephonically that i dont want to be debited again and i wont proceed . To my suprise i was debited and i called the offices and i was told the consultant who i a m dealing with will call me back . I then sent an email and i got an auto response . I went on facebook and they told me to call back and when i call the automated machine says they are not available after 1pm. The money debited is for my funeral policies and now i am behind. No ones seems to care and they never called me back since i have emailed,called and sent a facebook DM. I will take this further as this is day light *******. I asked for my refund and these ****** are not responding at all i am disgusted on how women organisations prey on us as women that are wanting to support and uplift them. I am going to take this as further as i can .******
