Terrible service and no reply to e-mail

<p>On the 15/01/2017 we as a family of 3 went for a Sunday lunch at the restaurant. We decided to sit under the trees by the jumping castle as we have a 4 year old that wants to play and its a lovely sunny day outside.<br /> <br />WOW turned out to be a afful experrience:<br />1. Got to our table pressed the buttom(don't think it works) to call for service only for the waiter to turn up +-10-15min just to order a drink.<br />2. Waiter bring the wrong Savanah we ordered a Savanah Light and not Dry.<br />3. I decided to take the Sunday buffet wrong decission. Got to there Salads was full of flies, not acceptable to me, food was dry and not worth the moneyI I needed to pay today, went back for my main and food was cold only to choose from little food on the buffet. Salads was already taken away, hot buffet is not pressentable at all very dissapointed and will not recoment you at all to my friends and family really a horrible experience, so why do I pay R210.00 for, really **** discussting food, buffet should be presentable at all times till the end for the very last guest, not so...?<br />4. Then I asked the waiter for a still water and glass with ice which he did bring, when he put the glas down he took the glas with his fingers on top of the glas I mean really is that the way guest should be surved very very unprofessional and waited so long for the waiter to clear the talbe and very bad service at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an e-mail the same night still no response from them, how unprofessional is that, I had no other choice than to tell my story.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
