Misleading 5* Hotel

Firstly this establishment doesn't qualify for 5* grading at all, it's very misleading, 2* is what they fall under. Poor service at the restaurant, we were 4 and only one person who ordered pizza was atleast happy, the 3 of us ordered meat that was not well cooked(Ribs) one ordered a Rump, word n wings, what a nonsense, wors so dry, steak dry n burnt, wings taste was awful. The owners need to go out and learn from other 5* hotels. Which 5* sells aquelle water, uses Nandos sauce . I can write a book with just one day experience.
