Highly unsatisfactory customer service (Or lack thereoff)

We went to The Fainting Goat this past weekend on our way home from Durban to Johannesburg. We thought that it seemed like a quiet and quaint place to have our breakfast before our long drive ahead of us. We sat down and ordered our breakfast and drinks. Our drinks then came to us not very long after. We then waitied for 45 minutes and then asked the waitor what had happened to our food, she then told us that our food would be coming shortly as it is getting plated. 10 minutes later our food still did not arrive, only to be told by another waitor/Manager that we would be receiving our meals shortly then we replyed by saying that it has taken a really long time, she then responded by saying in a very arrogant tone that"if I have noticed they are fully booked inside", then when I inquired about the other people who came after us but have already gotten their meals she responded again even more arrogant and accusingly that"those people booked online", which I thought to myself was quite strange because they still had to sit down and order their meals like the rest of us. Then she said very abruptly "so what must I do now must I bring the meals or must I cancel your order". To which our reply was that ofcourse you must cancel the order as we felt really disapointed that someone can treat us in that manner. Really disgusted and appalled by the behaviour an d treatment we received at The Faining Goat. And would not recommend it to anyone.
