Negative Experience

I went to The Factory on Grant for the first time last week with some friends as it looked like a great venue with awesome rooftop views. On arrival we were seated at a table on the rooftop and an hour later were asked to move as the table that we were seated at had been reserved. There was no "Reserved" sign placed on the table at any point. This resulted in us moving downstairs to the courtyard..... with no view. I was told by Emmanuel, the manager on duty, that he would take my contact details and have management contact me with regards to the poor service.

I have not heard from them to date. Had it not been for the friends that I was with I would have walked out the minute they had asked us to move to another table. The waitress that served us was great, but other than that, it was a rather dismal experience. Very disappointing!!! I will not be going back there!
