Disgusted with estuary hotel

Been staying there for pass 10 years. But on 26th dec i checked in. 2pm rooms not ready. My room 301 smelt of sewerage. Management came to room refused to give me another room and just given airfreshener. No towels in room. No toilet paper. Breakfast no cheese. No eggs only scramble was left there. I had to fight to get eggs made since i dont eat yolk. Security is pathethic at night just opens for every car without checking if its a guest. This is a disaster i paid for breakfast for 5 ppl and never even bother to have breakfast next day. Just wanted to get out asap and booked into another resort.
